About Artemis and our members
Artemis is a collaborative studio of three members: Matsuko, Leaille, and Mority.
Originally a two group, Matsuko and Mority originally gained fame as the creative artist and directive writer behind a popular CN fan webcomic to give more life and meaning to their favourite characters. They have other collaborative webcomics planned to be translated and released in English soon. Leaille is also here for some reason.We hope to create high quality models that tell a bit more of the story of the person using them, and through building them, we hope to add a chapter to their lives. Our name "Artemis" is from the passion we have to shoot straight for our goal through our combined art. The studio was unfortunately named MLM before launch by Leaille.

To launch our collaborative studio, Artemis Studio, we are offering a Live2D model package with a special price to start our portfolio.We are offering 3 fully rigged full body 4K models designed by us and ready to use at $4000!
The package is as follows:
-First design sketches free
-4000x8000px fullbody model Illustrated by Matsuko
-Full rig with 5 toggles* Rigged by Leaille
-Additional specifications with discounted price possible!*(Vbridger, full 180° turn, etc)We'll be here for you afterwards too! Setup in Vtube Studio, model callibration, plugin usage assistance once you receive your model!Please refer to our Google application form below for current add-on pricing.
*Full rig includes head XYZ, body XYZ, breathing/idle animation, Arm and leg movement, eye movement, blink, eyebrow raise/furrow, mouth with smile, neutral, frown, and all vowel capability, MouthX, XYZ Physics, Standard happy, sad, angry, blush emotes, if requested. Emotes take up Toggle slots, unless otherwise specified by client. Lost tracking sleep animation. Additional expressions, toggles, and animations will be subject to a fee.*Additional specifications will be subject to a fee. Additional specifications and requests may not be possible depending on complexity.
*Design of models will be done by Leaille, character design sheets will be created from Live2D model art if applicable.
Illustrator, Matsuko, will be illustrating the models. Matsuko is an illustration graduate from Japan.
Rigger and Character Designer, Leaille, will be designing and rigging the models and communicating with the clients. Leaille is an animation major in Canada.

Terms of Service
By commissioning you agree to all the terms of service.
We are currently only accepting Art+Rig packages for the Special Price commission.-Slots are not first come first serve.-Works must be credited wherever applicable and/or requested.-Model illustration will be done by Matsuko. Models may look slightly different from illustrations due to being optimized for Live2D.-Rigging will be done by Leaille. Model Rigging may be different from models on showcase due to added services.-Payment will be via PayPal invoice. Applicable transaction fees will be paid by the client. Payment can be split and paid by part (Model art/Rig).
Commission work will only start when payment has been received.-Refunds can only be processed if work has not begun.-ARTEMIS STUDIO and members is allowed to post details and works in progress of the commission on social media. Please let us know if you wish to keep it private until your debut.-For the Special Price commission, the first design is free. Additional designs will be subject to a fee(starting at 5% of total price)-For the Special Price commission, rig revisions will be limited to 2. A final model will be sent to the client and 5 minor revisions will be offered. Additional revisions will be subject to a fee(starting at 3% of total price).-For the Special Price commission, deadlines under 3 weeks cannot be specified. Rush orders however can be processed with an additional fee, depending on model complexity. We hope for your understanding and are sorry for the inconvenience.-If permission is given to livestream the commission, the model may be tested with tracking software on streams.-You are free to use your model for streaming/videos.
-Using the art to sell as NFTS is prohibited.

workflow for
special Price commission
-When the commission application is received on Google forms, we will contact selected applicants after the form is closed to begin the commission process.-Work quote will be confirmed with client and PayPal invoice sent.-When invoice is paid, work begins.-If no design provided for model, design process begins. Client provides specifications for wanted design, 4 sketched designs will be created. A rough design will be created from the 4 sketches, then cleaned up into a final design. If no additional adjustments are requested, modelling begins.-Progress photos will be sent to client. Adjustments can be made according to feedback. Changes in design and large changes in appearance can be made at this stage, however they are subject to a fee depending on complexity(starting at 3% of total price). Some changes cannot be accommodated. If no adjustments are requested, rigging begins.-Progress photos or videos will be sent to client. Adjustments will be made according to feedback(limited to 2). Exceptional adjustments may be subject to a fee(starting at 3% of total price). Changes in design can be made at this stage, however they are subject to a fee depending on complexity(starting at 10% of total price). Some changes cannot be accommodated. If no adjustments are requested, a final model will be sent to the client. 5 minor rigging revisions will be offered. Once rigging is completed, setup begins.-Client will be contacted to setup and callibrate model for their systems with rigger.

Character Design Sketches*
Designs created during the character design process will be used only to create the Live2D model, and not optimized for display, such as in a character design sheet. If requested, a design sketch can be created for display purposes. Design sketches can be created by either artist.
